  The value of MLS cannot be over-stressed! Craven& Company has memberships not only in Cabarrus County but also in Mecklenburg County. Properties are placed in the Carolina MLS which is the regional MLS of the Charlotte Regional REALTORS® Association.

  Craven& Company has the area's largest advertising budget based on the numbers of pages in local publications.
  A new listing will be placed, where applicable, in The Independent Tribune, Charlotte Observer Cabarrus Neighbors, Cabarrus County Northeast Metro Homes & Land Digest, Charlotte Metro Homes & Land Digest, and/or any other publications that will give the property the most appropriate exposure. Craven& Company's own"Relo Select Homes" booklet is published bimonthly featuring only properties being marketed by our company.
  The use of pictures is based on where they are best presented. Experience has taught us that poor picture reproduction is an advantage to no one! As a result, pictures are not generally used in local newspapers except when Open Houses are to be held.
  Flyers are prepared for most residential properties. These are used in Info Tubes which are attached to yard signs. Thus, a potential buyer who passes by a property and wants immediate information can simply take a sheet from the Info Tube.
