Changing Conditions
Most home and property owners have been conditioned to believe market value only goes one way - up! Craven associates know, based on recent comparable sales, that many outside factors effect current value. These influences may be local or national in nature. Our associates may even suggest that home sellers delay or move up the marketing of their property in order to avoid or take advantage of a trend.
Hitting The Market
The minute the property has been placed on the market, wheels begin to turn in the process of getting a sale.
Even before the first ad has been run or the sign placed, the listing agent shares the news with other associates in the Company by preparing an information sheet. Each associate has a list of potential buyers, and often a quick sale occurs when an alert agent sees the"right" property for a buyer. A definite Craven& Company advantage is the largest number of full-time associates in Cabarrus County.
Each week, associates take time to caravan recent listings. This is an important step in marketing as all office associates are visually introduced to a new property. Again, this can trigger a sale.
